TAFE Tasmania Order 2001
I, with the approval of the Treasurer and the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment and with the agreement of TAFE Tasmania, make the following order under section 39(1) of the TAFE Tasmania Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the TAFE Tasmania Order 2001 .
This order takes effect on 5 September 2001.
In this order,TAFE Tasmania means TAFE Tasmania established under section 5 of the TAFE Tasmania Act 1997 .
4. Transfer of Crown land to TAFE Tasmania
The Crown land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is transferred to TAFE Tasmania.
