An Act to amend the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 , the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 and the Traffic Act 1925

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Consequential Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2008 .

2.   Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 28 April 2008.

SCHEDULE 1 - Consequential Amendments
The amendments effected by Section 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:
(a) Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 ;
(b) Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 ;
(c) Traffic Act 1925 .
