Gas Amendment Act 2008
An Act to amend the Gas Act 2000
[Royal Assent 17 April 2008]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Gas Amendment Act 2008 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Gas Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gas Act 2000 .
