Vocational Education and Training Amendment Regulations 2008
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education and Training Amendment Regulations 2008 .
These regulations take effect on 1 March 2008.
In these regulations, the Vocational Education and Training Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vocational Education and Training Regulations 2005 .
