Vocational Education and Training Regulations 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education and Training Regulations 2005 .
These regulations take effect on 29 June 2005.
In these regulations [Regulation 3 Amended by S.R. 2008, No. 10, Applied:01 Mar 2008] Act means the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 .[Regulation 3 Amended by S.R. 2008, No. 10, Applied:01 Mar 2008]
The fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable in respect of the several matters to which they respectively relate.
5. When registration fee is payable
[Regulation 5 Inserted by S.R. 2008, No. 10, Applied:01 Mar 2008] The fee specified in item 2 in Schedule 1 is payable at the time of issue of the registration certificate under section 32A of the Act.
