Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Amendment Regulations 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Act 1996 .

These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Amendment Regulations 2007 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Regulations 1999 .
