Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations,Act means the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
