Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations 2006 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Rules

In these regulations, the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Rules.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 .
