Sewers and Drains (Ulverstone Restricted Sewerage District) Order 2006
I make the following order under section 6 of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .

This order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Ulverstone Restricted Sewerage District) Order 2006 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order Act means the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .
4. Ulverstone Restricted Sewerage District
The area of land defined in Schedule 1 to this order is (a) appointed to be, and is defined as, a restricted sewerage district; and(b) named the Ulverstone Restricted Sewerage District.
For the purpose of section 8 of the Act, the declared purpose of the area of land referred to in clause 4 is to carry off simple sullage water and faeces and such deleterious effluents that comply with the appropriate minimum standards and other requirements prescribed by by-laws made by the local authority under section 67A of the Act.
The statutory rule specified in Schedule 3 to this order is rescinded.
SCHEDULE 1 - Ulverstone Restricted Sewerage DistrictAll that area of land comprising about 1792.7 hectares shown as Lot 1 and shown bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6963 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
