Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2006 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 20 February 2006.

3.   Interpretation

The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.

4.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2005 is referred to as the Principal Order.

5.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Administrative Arrangements Order 2005 .
