Dangerous Goods (General) Amendment (Tasmanian Ports Corporation) Regulations 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (General) Amendment (Tasmanian Ports Corporation) Regulations 2005 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 31 December 2005.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 .
