Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary[Commences: 26 June 2008]
This Act may be cited as the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2008 .
(1) Except as provided in this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) Part 5 is taken to have commenced on 15 December 2005.
