Forest Practices Amendment Regulations 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Forest Practices Authority, make the following regulations under the Forest Practices Act 1985 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Forest Practices Amendment Regulations 2005 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 August 2005.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Forest Practices Regulations 1997 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forest Practices Regulations 1997 .
