Revenue Measures Amendment Act 2007
An Act to amend the Revenue Measures Act 2005
[Royal Assent 21 June 2007]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Revenue Measures Amendment Act 2007 .
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2005.
In this Act, the Revenue Measures Act 2005 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Revenue Measures Act 2005 .
