Building (Consequential Amendments) Act 2003
An Act to amend certain Acts consequent on the enactment of the Building Act 2000
[Royal Assent 4 June 2003]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Building (Consequential Amendments) Act 2003 .
The provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be proclaimed.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Building Act 2000 .
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Architects Act 1929 .
