Proclamation under the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2003 fix 1 February 2004 as the day on which section 6 of that Act commences.
