Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 October 2003.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2001 .
