Gaming Control Amendment Act 2003
An Act to amend the Gaming Control Act 1993
[Royal Assent 13 October 2003]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Act 2003 .
This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent but if this Act does not receive the Royal Assent until after 1 July 2003 it is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2003.
