Trustee Companies (Merger) Order 2003

I make the following order under section 12 of the Trustee Companies (Merger) Act 2001 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Trustee Companies (Merger) Order 2003 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Interpretation

In this order, "Act" means the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
