Threatened Species Protection Order (No. 2) 2002

I, on the recommendation of the Scientific Advisory Committee, make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order (No. 2) 2002 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Interpretation

In this order, "Act" means the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .
