Proclamation under the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Act 2001 fix 1 June 2002 as the day on which sections 5 , 6 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 14 and 16 of that Act commence.
