Bills of Sale Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Bills of Sale Act 1900 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Bills of Sale Regulations 2001 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 January 2002.

3.   Interpretation

(1)  In these regulations,
Act means the Bills of Sale Act 1900 .
(2)  The forms contained in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
(3)  A form contained in Schedule 1 is to be completed in accordance with any directions specified in the form.

4.   Fees

The following fees are imposed for the purposes of section 46 of the Act:

Each 10 minutes of terminal search time
