Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Amendment Act 2001
An Act to amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Act 1994

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Amendment Act 2001 .
This Act commences immediately before section 4(1) of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001 commences.
In this Act, the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Act 1994 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Act 1994 .
