Traffic (General and Local) Amendment (Public Vehicles Reform) Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (General and Local) Amendment (Public Vehicles Reform) Regulations 2000 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect immediately after the Passenger Transport Act 1997 commences.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Traffic (General and Local) Regulations 1956 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (General and Local) Regulations 1956 .
