Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 .

These regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999 .
These regulations take effect on the thirtieth day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations Act means the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 ;Fee units means fee units within the meaning of the Fee Units Act 1997 ;Recorder means the Recorder of Titles appointed under the Land Titles Act 1980 .
The fees that are payable to the Recorder under the Act are set out in Schedule 1 .

The Statutory Rules specified in Schedule 2 are rescinded.
