Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment (Penalties) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment (Penalties) Regulations 1999 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 December 1999.

3.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968 .
