Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Amendment Regulations 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Fair Trading Act 1990 .

These regulations may be cited as the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Amendment Regulations 1999 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Regulations 1996 .
