Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1999

I make the following order under section 3 of the Poisons Act 1971 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Amendment Order (No. 2) 1999 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 .
