Fisheries (Rock Lobster) Amendment Rules 1998
I make the following rules under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

These rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Rock Lobster) Amendment Rules 1998 .
These rules take effect on 8 April 1998.
In these rules, the Fisheries (Rock Lobster) Rules 1997 are referred to as the Principal Rules.
The amendments effected by this rule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Fisheries (Rock Lobster) Rules 1997 .

30. Rule 56 amended (Long distance movement report)
Rule 56 of the Principal Rules is amended by inserting the following subrule after subrule (3) :(4) The Secretary, by public notice, may specify a distance greater than 100 metres as being the immediate proximity for the purpose of this rule.
