Pharmacy Notice 1997
The Pharmacy Board of Tasmania makes the following notice under section 36(2) of the Pharmacy Act 1908 .
This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Notice 1997 .
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this notice,Act means the Pharmacy Act 1908 .
In this notice, the Pharmacy Act 1908 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Pharmacy Act 1908 .
This notice was made by the Pharmacy Board of Tasmania at a meeting held on 12 November 1997.
