Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1994

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Act 1989 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1994 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 November 1994.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Regulations 1989 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Regulations 1989 .
