Public Account Regulations 1993
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Public Account Act 1986 .

These regulations may be cited as the Public Account Regulations 1993 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Proceeds of sale of property to be credited to Consolidated Fund
For the purposes of section 8(5)(e) , the prescribed amount is $4 000 for each item of property.
