Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1993
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Act 1989 .

These regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1993 .
These regulations take effect 7 days after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
