Evidence (Allowances) Regulations 1991

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Evidence Act 1910 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Allowances) Regulations 1991 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Prescribed scale of allowances, &c.

The scale of allowances set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 19(1) of the Evidence Act 1910 .

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Evidence Regulations 1987 .
