Petroleum Products Business Franchise Licences Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1990

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Petroleum Products Business Franchise Licences Act 1981 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum Products Business Franchise Licences Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1990 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 January 1991.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Petroleum Products Business Franchise Licences Regulations 1982 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Petroleum Products Business Franchise Licences Regulations 1982 .
