Records of Offences (Access) Amendment Rules 1989

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following rules under the Records of Offences (Access) Act 1981 .

1.   Short title

These rules may be cited as the Records of Offences (Access) Amendment Rules 1989 .

2.   Commencement

These rules shall take effect on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Rules

In these rules, the Records of Offences (Access) Rules 1984 are referred to as the Principal Rules.

4.   

The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Records of Offences (Access) Rules 1984 .
