Racing and Gaming (Totalizator Agency Board) Amendment Rules 1988
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Racing and Gaming Act 1952 , the Totalizator Agency Board hereby makes the following rules under and for the purposes of that Act.
These rules may be cited as the Racing and Gaming (Totalizator Agency Board) Amendment Rules 1988 .
These rules take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these rules, the Racing and Gaming (Totalizator Agency Board) Rules 1983 are referred to as the Principal Rules.
The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Racing and Gaming (Totalizator Agency Board) Rules 1983 .
The foregoing rules were made by the Totalizator Agency Board at a duly convened meeting of the Board held on the 24th day of February 1988.
