Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2021

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2021 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Interpretation

The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.

4.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2021 is referred to as the Principal Order.

5.    Schedule 1 amended (Administration of enactments)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting the following item

Workplaces (Protection from Protesters) Act 2014

from Part 3 ;

(b) by inserting in Part 18 before

DEPARTMENT OF PRIMARY INDUSTRIES, PARKS, WATER AND ENVIRONMENT

the following item:

DEPARTMENT OF PREMIER AND CABINET

Brickmakers Point Landslip Act 2021

(c) by inserting in Part 18 after

Ben Lomond Skifield Management Authority (Repeal) Act 2007

the following item:

Boundary Fences Act 1908

(d) by inserting in Part 21 before

DEPARTMENT OF PRIMARY INDUSTRIES, PARKS, WATER AND ENVIRONMENT

the following item:

the following item:

Electricity Industry Safety and Administration (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 1997

(h) by inserting in Part 30 after

Occupational Licensing Act 2005

the following item:

Occupational Licensing National Law Repeal Act 2016

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
