This order declares, for the purposes of the Housing Land Supply Act 2018 –(a) an area of land situated at Lot 1 Prossers Forest Road, Ravenswood to be housing supply land; and(b) the intended zone for that area of land to be the General Residential Zone referred to in the applicable planning scheme.
