EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) for the purposes of the Animal Welfare Act 1993 –(i) prescribe certain requirements in respect of the care, charge, welfare and management of dogs; and(ii) make provision in respect of various miscellaneous matters; and(iii) prescribe infringement notices for offences under these regulations; and(b) rescind the Animal Welfare (Dogs) Regulations 2016.
