EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) specify structures as prescribed structures for the purpose of protecting stormwater assets in accordance with section 13(1) of the Urban Drainage Act 2013 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Urban Drainage (General) Regulations 2016 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
