EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation, for the purposes of section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amends a proclamation relating to the South Arm Highway by revising –

(i) the description of the South Arm Highway as a limited access road; and

(ii) the places of access on that limited access road; and

(b) revokes a previous proclamation relating to the South Arm Highway.
