These regulations prescribe various matters for the purposes of the Racing Regulation and Integrity Act 2024 including –(a) matters relating to bookmakers’ registration bonds; and(b) requirements on betting by and with bookmakers; and(c) conditions which may be imposed on race field information publication approvals; and(d) fees and deposits payable under that Act.
