This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2024 by transferring responsibility for the administration of –(a) certain Acts relating to Aboriginal matters from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania; and(b) certain Acts relating to housing and planning matters from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of State Growth.
