This order –(a) for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993 , sets out the code of conduct relating to the conduct of councillors; and(b) revokes the Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2016 and Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Amendment Order 2018 .
