EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe certain services to be regulated activities for the purposes of section 3 of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013; and(b) prescribe certain classes of persons as not being required, for specified periods, to be registered to engage in a child care service; and(c) prescribe the matters to be included on registration cards issued under that Act; and(d) prescribe fees payable in respect of certain matters under that Act; and(e) prescribe infringement notice offences for the purposes of that Act and the penalties payable for those infringement notice offences; and(f) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
