EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation, under the Nature Conservation Act 2002  –

(a) declares a certain area of Crown land to be reserved land in the class of regional reserve; and

(b) in doing so, extends the existing Dismal Swamp Regional Reserve.
