EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

These rules determine, for the purposes of the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Tasmania)  –

(a) the operating requirements relating to –

(i) the operation of an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator; and

(ii) the provision and operation, by an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator, of an Electronic Lodgment Network; and

(b) the day on which the operating requirements take effect in Tasmania.
