EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) specify certain matters relating to registration under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1987 ; and(b) specify certain services that are not veterinary services under that Act; and(c) are made consequent on the repeal of the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
