These regulations amend the Passenger Transport Services Regulations 2013 by –(a) consolidating and incorporating provisions relating to the requirements and duties of certain passenger transport service operators and drivers; and(b) including application fees for affiliated operators and booking service providers; and(c) providing for the issue of infringement notices, and the penalties in relation to those notices.
